Tooling Design & Fabrication

Lutco designs, builds, and maintains all of its tooling in-house. Progressive and compound tool design is done utilizing Logopress 3D CAD design software. This allows us to work in the most advanced CAD technology, with any type of CAD format drawings that you may send us.

With Logopress3 strip layouts are developed quickly. CAD files are exported directly to our CNC equipment for tool fabrication. Our tool engineers and technicians are backed up by state of the art CNC and EDM machines, allowing for full in-house production of the necessary tools, fixtures and gages. Tooling maintenance is also handled in-house.
